Recently I got into an car accident, can lawyer take an percentage on my medical and rental car expanse?
recently I had a car accident, a semi truck rear ended me totaled my car, I had neck injury. the lawyer recover $7500 for me(included all medical, car rental expense), he want to charge me $2500 33.3 % of the settlement . But however my medical expense is $3500 and my rental car car expense is $800. This basically leave $700 for my wage lost and other pain and suffering. my question is can lawyer take a percentage on my medical bill, rental car which in my opinion those arematerial demage, and I think they should just take the percentage from my wage, pain and suffering demage. Please advise regards

A personal injury attorney in an city or state usually provides the same types of services that other personal injury attorneys do, but they will be more in touch with their specific locations rules and procedures. In many cases an individual may have an injury case and not be aware that they have the option of getting an attorney that can help them through the judicial system.

In some cases when a slip or fall occurs in a governmental building there will be medical personnel on hand who will affirm that an individual is OK and then they will be asked to sign a waiver. It is important to remember that these individuals are paid by the company employing them and may not be looking out for the injured person’s best interests.
