Should i get a lawyer for my car accident and ticket?
I was recently involved in an car accident. My tire in the back blew out and i lost control of my car and spun 180 and hit the guard rail and spun another 180 and thats when the front tire blow out . traffic was pretty heavy, luckily i didn't hit anybody and still breathing after everything was done. I called the cop and he came out and gave me a ticket stating that i “failed to stay within lane” and it's marked down as an accident, .
Nobody is at fault here,- tires blew out unexpected, I have only 1 way insurance, my car is totaled and i will not get anything for it. on the other hand, my insurance is still investigating on if they should pay for the medical for the people in the car or not. There were 5, full car. We are currently going to the chiropractor for our treatments, the doctor said no need for a lawyer because he can handle all the paper works,. Should we get a lawyer for this case to get the maximum amount of compensation and can i really fight the ticket issued?
