17 year old car accident.?

Ok well i got into an accident yesterday during school hours. I left school with 3 people in my car and i got into an accident. I was given a ticket for violation of provisional liscence (for having 2 extra people in my car) and i got a careless driving ticket. My question what is going to happen to me and what type of fines i am going to get. im an going to court and I am appealing the careless driving ticket. For insurance answers i have the best that you can get from allstate, and i =ve had my liscence for a week and a day. (By the way it wasnt my fault but i got blamed because the other guy knew the police officers B/c he is becoming a cop) Thanks

Alright first of all i have taken it like a man… i have recieved an in school suspension from the school and not complained, and i took the ticket for violation of restricted drivers license. However the careless driving ticket i dont believe that i deserve. Ok so first of all lets establish that while going out from school and coming back my car broke down. The transmission wouldn't engage the gears(its a stick) and the battery was low. However i managed to start the car again and i SAFELY made it back to school. How many people do you know at my age that can do that? However while at school i tried to turn into a drive to do a k turn to turn around and get a parking spot. So heres the accident. Basically i stopped and got ready to turn into the drive way. I saw the other guy coming and he was going 40 in a 25 SCHOOL ZONE. I stopped and decided to wait for him. But when i put the gear into first the car started to shudder like it did before hand, to be continued

like it did before hand and when the gears engaged the car jumped in front of the other guy in his lane. He did have enough time to stop IF he had been going 25 miles per hour but because he was speeding and because of the rain and snow he couldn't stop, and he hit me head on going 35-40. both airbags came out and he totaled my car because he drove a jeep Cherokee and i drove a 1998 jetta gt. So there's the accident luckily because the guy is getting into the police force he is not pressing charges and everyone in my car is ok. My second question is since my parents are cutting off the insurance and they have accident forgiveness and the best plan from allstate what type of surcharge are my parents looking at? Thank you and i know…..I am idiot for leaving school grounds with 3 girls in my car…..and i assure you i have learned my lesson…..I have never been in trouble before so i am really nervous.

ARBOR HILL, ALBANY – Does anybody remember a car accident on Henry Johnson Blvd in June?

It was some spanish kid with braids, he hit this 4 yr old boy with his Jag… does anyone know him? The boy didn't die though, tg.
